SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On a laptop, open the Battery and Brightness applet.
2. Use your touchpad to move the slider to 100%.
OBSERVED RESULT
While moving the slider with the cursor you can only go to 99%. You can reach
100% if you scroll on the slider instead.
EXPECTED RESULT
The user should be able to drag the slider to 100%.
