SUMMARY
When I start two Applications at the same time and they "jump" at the same
time, there is a graphical problem, just see the film below.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start two applications almost at the same time
2. wait a moment
OBSERVED RESULT
The icons of the applications are briefly on top of each other.
EXPECTED RESULT
The icons stay where they should be.
