SUMMARY
Ark can correctly handle .tar.zst files, but is unable to open single files
that have been compressed with zstd
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. echo hello > text.txt
2. zstd test.txt
3. ark test.txt.zst
OBSERVED RESULT
Ark reports the following error...
Loading the archive ‘/home/alan/MLP-OSE/OGOLD.txt.zst’ failed with the
following error:
No suitable plugin found. Ark does not seem to support this file type.
EXPECTED RESULT
Ark should open the file, like it does for single files that have been
compressed with gzip.
