SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. disabling applications transfer for notifications (System Settings →
Notifications, under "Application progress", uncheck the "Show in
Notifications" checkbox.) there is no more info about transfers in Dolphin at
all (except in the task manager, but they cannot be then monitored, stopped
etc).
2. leaving "Show in task manager" checked
OBSERVED RESULT
there is no more info about transfers in Dolphin at all (except in the task
manager, but they cannot be then monitored, stopped etc).
EXPECTED RESULT
a separate window should open with all transfer details like in the case when
both task manager and notifications are disabled for applications progress
