Interesting. I ask because I use my system at 200% scale with Plasma Qt scaling
and I can *very occasionally* reproduce the issue with the Magic Lamp effect
too, but not the default scale effect. Signs point to there being something
wrong with the Magic Lamp effect. Moving to KWin.
