Running it from a terminal shows : "org.kde.systemsettings.app: Error loading
plugin"
Trying to launch it from krunner or any individual kcm (eg: krunner > icons)
will crash it too.
Using kcmshell5 from a terminal to launch kcms works fine.
The crash can be reproduced every time.
