It would be really good to return to old layout of "Appearance" as header label
and under it put the related look settings. Why ? because global themes,
colors, icons, fonts have more priority to be always visible and be put under
first root node "Appearance" rather than being displayed on second column. Some
trivial settings like "User Feedback", "Online accounts",... are kept under
first root node while important desktop customization settings are pushed to
second column.
