Appearance layout

It is good to group desktop customizations under one node, but there are some
problems with the new layout :

1) When I click on "Appearance" then "Global Theme" appears, so if I choose for
example "Colors" and I want to access again "Global Theme" ? what I need is to
click on the root node "Appearance" ! this seems really big issue of usability.

2) "Font Management" should accessible inside Font page to avoid having two
entries related to fonts under "Appearance" node.

3) Plus "Splash Screen", there is another annoying desktop customization that
changes when a theme is selected which is "Task Switcher", I don't know what
relation is between how desktop looks and how switching between windows should
be done.

In the attached image you will find a simple layout that can avoid those
usability problems.
