If we go to System Settings and open Removable Storage category, the default
KCM has no headline until we switch to different KCM and go back.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Open Removable Storage category
OBSERVED RESULT
The Digital Camera KCM is selected by default on the category items list and it
is activated but has no headline.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Digital Camera KCM is selected by default on the category items list and it
is activated and has headline visible.
