Tested with the (initially) attached project on v20.12.0, same issue.
But I think that's a legacy problem. Old project has been created incorrectly:

After removing the blank lines in the title editor and re-saving, it's all
good.
The only annoying part is if this is in a library. But... there's a workaround,
clean the redundant characters in a text editor.
