SUMMARY
Sometimes the menu pops at a wrong location on a multi monitor setup on
wayland. I am testing Fedora 34 kde spin to check if wayland support is working
well for me.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click menu
OBSERVED RESULT
Menu appears at the center of the screen ?
EXPECTED RESULT
Appear under selected element.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Fedora 34
Linux/KDE Plasma:

KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.1
