--- Comment #9 from Nate Graham <n...@kde.org> --- I talked with the author of this change and discovered that the blurriness is already fixed in Plasma 5.22, but unfortunately the change to do so could not be backported to Plasma 5.21 because it depended on a Frameworks version that was newer than the Plasma 5.21 dependency version.
