This bug is still happening in:
KDE Plasma 5.18.5 
Qt: 5.12.8
KDE Frameworks: 5.68.0
kf5-config: 1.0

And also when "Coordinate Transformation Matrix" is changed to any values other
than 1 (i.e 0.7 0 0 0 0.7 0 0 0 0.7)
