SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a window e.g. Okular
2. Switch the focus to another window e.g. Kickoff
3. Observe header + titlebar
OBSERVED RESULT
Titlebar goes inactive than header goes inactive
EXPECTED RESULT
Titlebar and header go inactive at the same time (+ any other items that enter
a inactive state)
