SUMMARY
It would be great if Plasma5 could have a feature similar to windows where
tray-icons can be moved around, either by mouse drag+drop in panel edit mode OR
via the |System Tray Settings / Entries| section via either mouse drag+drop OR
some up/down arrows. (for all entries)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. This is specific to Plasma Panel Tray Icon position.
OBSERVED RESULT
Inability to shift specific entries in the tray icon area.
EXPECTED RESULT
NA

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've looked through the list of feature requests and couldn't find anything
specific to this for plasma5, there is however a request for plasma4 (170476)
however that is end of life and the feature has still not appeared in current
version.
