SUMMARY
When the bottom clip is a mlt stabilized clip, and the top one has a transform
effect, it behaves weirdly. It's scaled down. It does not happen with the same
not-stab clip. Here's a video in case it's not clear :

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Stabilize a clip through clip jobs
2. put it on track 1
3. add another clip on track 2
4. Add transform to that clip
OBSERVED RESULT
Transform without changed scales the clip down and moves it to the left, but
the red rectangle is still big.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should not chnage the clip at all
