1. Run "full wayland session" under openSUSE TW
2. Open System Settings
3. Hover over any icon (e.g. display)
OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltips appear in completely unrelated places
EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltips appear in relevant places.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I use dual monitors (one built in laptop display+ hdmi connected external
display) I wanted to take a screenshot but it is really hard in this scenario
since when I left click tooltip rightfully disappears.
