The incidence that you present when attaching and downloading attachments from emails to that specific folder is caused by access restrictions (That is if your computer is part of a private or corporate network), Windows user restrictions or malware. Please tell me if you computer is home or belongs to a group or corporate network.While you reply to us, please create a new Windows session with administrator rights and from there try to attach and download attachments.
