SUMMARY
If the view is too small to display the contents of the window, a horizontal
scrollbar is used. However, the view cannot be scrolled horizontally by holding
the shift key and using the mouse wheel like in almost all other programs.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Ark
2. Use a window small enough to trigger the presence of the horizontal
scrollbar
3. Try scrolling using shit + mouse wheel
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
The view scrolls horizontally.
