Under Configuration>Configuration Okular>Accessability
they are may colours changes possible, in particular to modify the paper colour
or work in inverted colours.
However, it lacks one simple feature, to change the font color.
This is convenient to work in dark mode, where you only want the paper colour
to be dark and the text to be visible on a dark paper, everything else
(annotations, images, etc.) you do you to keep them as such, which the inverted
colours does NOT.
