SUMMARY
align-horizontal-left-out at 32 resolution uses the same graphics as
align-vertical-top-out.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
https://github.com/KDE/breeze-icons/blob/master/icons/actions/32/align-horizontal-left-out.svg
looks the same as
https://github.com/KDE/breeze-icons/blob/master/icons/actions/32/align-vertical-top-out.svg
but it should look more in line with this (the 16 resolution version of the
icon):
https://github.com/KDE/breeze-icons/blob/master/icons/actions/16/align-horizontal-left-out.svg
Same thing happens for icons-dark
