For me this occurs because of the tooltip that is shown when hovering, as it
appears almost at the same time as my right click.
If I wait for the tooltip to disappear, the menu doesn't disappear.
This also happens with the thumbnails of the task manager.

I can reproduce this consistently on KWin from git.
