This is on Plasma 5.21 Beta, Frameworks 5.78.0.
This issue does not happen when merely locking the screen, the system must be
put into sleep mode for it to occur. The second screen locker appears as a
kscreenlocker_greet window on the panel, because unlocking the first locker
exposes the panel and everything.
