What widget theme/application style are you using? It doesn't look like Breeze
to me. If you are using the Breeze widget theme/application style, the fact
that the toolbar and menubar have different colors, and the fact that the
toolbutton icons are not using the correct colors, tells me that this is most
likely an issue in the app itself rather than a problem in Breeze. It's
possible that the issue was always there and Breeze changes simple exposed them
more visible.
