First, which version of KMyMoney are you running?

Next, how many times does Polkadot appear under the Equities tab of the
Investments View.  You show the Securities tab.

To delete a security, you first need to delete the account which holds any
shares of it, and you can only do this if you do not own any shares.  Then you
should be able to delete it under the equities tab, and after that from the
securities tab.  I don't know how you got two copies under the Securites tab -
can you delete either of them?  Sometimes changing the name of one of them  can
let you see which one you actually own shares of.
