Andrey, you are right. First I've tried to create a new user and both X and Wayland sessions did work! Then I removed .cache directory in home of the old user and it starts. I don't know whether all things work but it starts at least. Thank you! Will other users not experience the same problem after the update to Plasma 5.21?
