SUMMARY
When importing a video without any effects added an jumping to a point near the
end audio playback distorts audio track.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Import clip
2. Place clip in timeline
3. Jump to a point near the end
4. Hit play in the porject monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
Audio is very distorted and does not align with the video. Video display is
stuck at some point in the project. Usually at the point where the cursor was
placed the first time after import.
EXPECTED RESULT
Smooth playback with correct audio and video.
