SUMMARY
ktorrent does not say when port is closed
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
in network settings:
choose a port that is not forwarded by router
OBSERVED RESULT
ktorrent is not seeding, but shows no error message
EXPECTED RESULT
ktorrent should show an error message when port is closed
and/or allow to "test port" in the network settings menu
some setups use dynamic ports, so the error should be always visible
