SUMMARY

Constant load (CPU activity) on krunner causing interface hangs.
Looks to be WEB SHORTCUTS PLUGIN related because it does not occur anymore when
I disable that plugin (I tested with all others).
Just closing Krunner don't stop the problem, it only stops when krunner service
is killed and reiniciated.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. keep all plugins active on krunner
2. write something in it, or open some document with it
3. close the opened aplication, close krunner

OBSERVED RESULT
Observe on ksysguard that krunner unit is conummig some cpu even all is done
and closed.

EXPECTED RESULT
After krunner is closed, its unit should not consumme any cpu resources.
