SUMMARY
When the Gain effect is added to a track, it works before rendering but there's
no audio after rendering to mp4
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add Gain effect to audio track
2. Rendering (in mp4? didn't try other formats)
3. listen to nothing

no audio
