Oftentimes, the keyboard input functionality will suddenly stop working on
widgets. I don't know what causes it, but the following apps/widgets will stop
receiving any keyboard input: application launcher (the button with
functionality resembling what happens when you press the windows key on windows
systems), clock/calendar widget, yakuake, while the sticky notes still continue
to accept input.
Restarting plasmashell doesn't fix it, nor does restarting kwin.
Has been happening since several versions ago.
