SUMMARY
When closing apps like dolphin or Konsole and opening them again they restore
in a pretty small form factor not remembering their original sizes. This
happens on X11 for me with Tumbleweed (most current version).
Attached you find my dolphinrc file (I already tried moving it to start clean,
but that did not help).
This is probably strongly related to, maybe even a duplicate of
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=427875 (and possibly
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=426813).
