SUMMARY
If you have images archive on external drive and connect external drive to
another your Mac you can see the images but after double click on image you
will receive a message to reconstruct the path. This is correct but if you try
to import new images no warning message is shown.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. connect external archive to another your Mac
2. import new images in root archive on external drive
3.

nothing
