If it's reproducible, could you get a backtrace for the hang? you would do
this:
1. Run `gdb /usr/bin/systemsettings5`
2. Type "run" and hit enter
3. Reproduce the hang
4. go back to your terminal window where gdb is running and type "bt" and hit
enter
