SUMMARY
There is not much to explain about this, the mode is intended not to send
notifications to the user, but this is not respected by KDE Connect and
notifications are still displayed on the desktop.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate Do Not Disturb mode
2. Force the receipt of any notification
3. It will not be displayed on Android but on the desktop yes
