There is no Disabled option for method of IPv6

SUMMARY

KDE networkmanager does not have the option "Disabled" for IPv6.
But there is this option in Gnome networkmanager.
We need KDE networkmanager to add this option that disables IPv6.
Thanks! :)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings -> Connections -> select any entry -> IPv6 -> Method
2. Change the method "Automatic" to "Disabled" but it does not exist.
3. "Ignored" is not like "Disabled", because "Ignored" can not disable IPv6.

EXPECTED RESULT
We need KDE networmanager to add "Disabled" in method.
