            Bug ID: 430836
           Summary: DisableWhenMousePluggedIn is not accessible
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: master
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Touchpad
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: aleix...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: 1.0

SUMMARY
On my father's system, for some reason, it was enabled. It was not possible to
disable it back (hence getting a notification saying that the touchpad gets
disabled when an external mouse gets connected).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the option on .config/touchpadrc
2. connect a mouse
3. try to use the touchpad

OBSERVED RESULT
It's not possible to use the touchpad and there's not UI to change this setting
back.

EXPECTED RESULT
I'd expect the option to be no-op if the setting is unreachable. Or the
notification could offer a button to toggle the feature.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Neon stable
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version:
