SUMMARY
The open file dialogue searches "electronic book documents" only per default. I
have to change this every time I want to open a file.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Okular -> File -> Open
or
1. Ctrl + o
OBSERVED RESULT
Dialogue defaults to "electronic book document" every time (first entry in
list)
EXPECTED RESULT
Should default to "all file" (last entry) or at least to the previous selection

Linux/KDE Plasma: linux 5.9.14.arch1-1
