find people ready to help you there. Bugzilla (the place we're talking on right
now: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=363331) is a place that exists only
for development, not user support (helping user solve issues they encounter).
Going to the forum krita-artists.org will be much better idea.
Also some reading for what to do and not do on bugzilla:
https://docs.krita.org/en/untranslatable_pages/reporting_bugs.html but it
doesn't say everything, for example it doesn't mention that you should never
add a comment on existing bug report that is irrelevant to your issue. In case
of doubt, for example when you don't know what to do and not do on a bug
tracker, it's always better to use the forum first.
