You could've just added the link to the Description... and adding multiple
images is also available on the bug report website (one by one, but still, you
can add as many as you want) as soon as you create the bug.

In any case, you are probably working on a CMYK image. CMYK has the channel
values reversed, so multiply, by multiplying values, works in an exactly
opposite way than you would expect with RGB image. Other blending modes are
unavailable for the same reason.

It's recommended to use RGB for painting with CMYK soft-proofing and only
convert the merged result to CMYK if you really need to on the end of the
process. To create a new image in RGB, just make sure that RGB/Alpha is
selected in the color space section on the Create new document dialog.
