If kwin is frozen, we're going to need a backtrace of the frozen kwin.
The easiest way is to ssh from another machine or phone ssh client and
sudo gdb --pid `pidof kwin_wayland`

and attach
I'm afraid it's very hard for us to do anything otherwise.
