SUMMARY
my system is set to use English as system language, except
_formatting_numbers/dates/time.
Yet, when hovering over the Date&Time widget in systray, the tooltip shows the
information in German.
I am not sure if either the time zone (Berlin) or the time format (de_DE) is
used, but in either case, it shouldn't. The names of days and months should
appear in the system language.
