Bug ID: 430247 Summary: Add Fine Control for Grid Spacing in Icons Mode Product: dolphin Version: 20.12.0 Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: view-engine: icons mode Assignee: dolphin-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: siheyua...@gmail.com CC: kfm-de...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 133990 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=133990&action=edit Demonstration of different grid spacing. SUMMARY It seems that Dolphin 20.12.0 has changed the grid spacing in icons mode. I have always been accustomed to the old "middle" spacing, but the new "middle" spacing is too wide while "small" spacing is too narrow. I wonder if there is any plan to implement fine control on grid spacing, provided that there is no way to adjust the default value of "middle" spacing. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Upgrade to Dolphin 20.12.0; 2. Open some directory in icons mode; 3. Observe.
