If you mean toolbars buttons like "Vertically Center", "Horizontally center", "Align Top" etc, then yes. However, it seems none of these are in the Arrange docker. These buttons are useful and would be better shown rather than hidden.They can be disabled when less than two or three layers are selected depending on which button. I'm of course referring to the compatibility of these functions with paint layers. They are really really helpful for graphic design or to arrange multiple variation sketches of a concept in rows/columns. And it's a plus for the presentation.
