Bug ID: 430080 Summary: Text not fully rendered due to lacking text box size Product: parley Version: 20.08 Platform: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: parley-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: fprum...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 133901 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=133901&action=edit screenshot of practice session Entering thai script is difficult, because the size of the input box (and the later the box the entered word is rendered) is not tall enough. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Select Thai language 2. Create a word like สมมุติขึ้น 3. Try learning. OBSERVED RESULT The word can be entered, but the pronounciation symbol -้ will be cut off due to lacking text box size. EXPECTED RESULT The pronounciation symbol should be rendered. Thai language seems to be a bit special, because the symbols can 'stack up', as seen in the example above (though it does not get any higher).
