I just want to confirm that this is indeed still a problem on current neon
unstable, although it may behave differently now:
When opening a directory in a different activity on another virtual desktop,
dolphin activates the activity which already has dolphin open and moves the
window to the same virtual desktop as you were when launching said directory.
