No hint as to what the Reason may be is given. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. make sure /usr/lib/NetworkManager/conf.d/10-globally-managed-devices.conf contains [keyfile] unmanaged-devices=*,except:type:wifi,except:type:gsm,except:type:cdma 2.
