SUMMARY
Advanced/extended keyboard settings (right-most tab) are ignored. This affects
e.g. compose key, layer 3 switch, ... I'm using the german nodeadkeys layout.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable advanced settings by ticking the checkbox on top
2. Under "Position of compose key", check any key, e.g. "menu"
3. Click apply
4. In some text box, try and type "<menu> a e"

OBSERVED RESULT
The right click menu opens

EXPECTED RESULT
The menu key functions as compose key, allowing to write æ
