When I click "Check for Updates" in the packagekit updates Plasma widget in the
system tray, it sometimes reports the following error in a few seconds:
"Out of memory The service that is responsible for handling user requests is
out of memory.
Please close some programs or restart your computer."
Memory outage is unlikely since I have about 6 GB of free RAM and 7 GB free in
the swap space. I would like pk-updates to tell me more details, e.g.:
1. what process has reported memory outage (its name + PID),
2. reference to its log file (if available).
