Problem persists in KDE Plasma 5.20.3, Framework 5.75.0, KDE Apps 20.08.3,
OpenSUSE Tumbleweed 20201117. OpenXchange account checks find during setup, but
doesn't display anywhere in KOrganizer or Kontact. With CalDAV no longer
working, this leaves KOrganizer useless and Kontact w/o a calendar.
